Data collected
The site’s forms collect only the information you choose to send us:
- Contact form: name, company, email address, phone, subject and message.
- Application form: name, email address, phone, position applied for, message and CV in PDF, DOC or DOCX format.
Purposes and legal basis
Contact form data is used to reply to your request and discuss your project with you.
Application data is used to review your profile and, where relevant, continue the recruitment process.
Processing is based on your consent, given through the checkbox on each form, and on GIS’s legitimate interest in responding to the requests it receives.
Recipients and retention
Data is sent by email to the relevant internal teams. It is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
It is kept for as long as necessary to process your request. Applications are deleted at the end of the recruitment process unless you agree to longer retention.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, object to its processing or request its restriction. To exercise these rights, write to contact@global-isystems.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority in your country of residence.
